Cilantro, tuna, mayonnaise and black pepper salad
This cilantro salad is a bold and flavourful snack that combines the fresh, herbaceous taste of cilantro with the fragrant, coarse black pepper from GABAN. Tossed with chunks of yellowfin tuna and dressed in a tangy lime and Kewpie mayo dressing, this salad is both satisfying and tasty.
The cilantro adds a crisp crunch to each bite while the GABAN black pepper provides a spicy kick that lingers on your tongue. The tuna adds a rich protein source to the dish, making it filling enough for lunch or dinner. The lime juice adds a zesty acidity that balances out the creaminess of the mayo, creating an bunch of flavours in every mouthful. This salad is perfect for those who love bold flavours and want to add some excitement to their meals.
